Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service at Bare Lúx Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service or held as a credit.
• We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a $100 fee, whichever is greater.

Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• All sales, packages, and promotional pricing are final and non-transferable.

Consultation & Treatment Suitability

• A consultation may be required before certain treatments.
• Bare Lúx Studio reserves the right to decline or postpone a service if it is deemed medically or ethically inappropriate.

Payment

• All payments are due at the time of service.
• We accept major credit cards, debit, and HSA/FSA where applicable.
  

Client Conduct

• We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the studio and forfeiture of future services.
